I'm New Here
My name is Danielle and I'm a first time mama who loves to cook. Cooking is something I have always been drawn to. I used to watch those old low budget cooking shows before food network was a thing and play around mixing ingredients with flour in the kitchen. I have been cooking for myself since I was very young and I truly love it. It is more than just a hobby for me, its my stress relief and my way of expressing my creativity. I want to hone my skills and really master home cooking so I will be working my way though my new book "The Food Lab".
Along with documenting my home cooking education, I will be documenting my adventures in cooking for my little olive. My son is five months old and we just started baby-led weaning (BLW) so his experience with food is just starting! I plan on posting the food that I make for myself and my husband along with our adventures with BLW and beyond. I am looking forward to cooking with my sweet boy when he gets a little older and seeing what he will enjoy eating.
I'm excited to start this food journey with my son and refine my skills in the kitchen.
